Training Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

Welcome to Bridge Case Management Training Ltd ("BCMT", "we", "us", "our"). By enrolling on any of our training courses, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

These terms apply immediately once you proceed with your booking.

2. Course Booking & Payment

  • All course bookings are made via our website.
  • Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
  • We do not store or have access to your financial details.

Once payment is completed, your place on the course is confirmed and access to the training platform will be provided.

3. Pricing

  • Course fees are as displayed on the course listing page at the time of booking.
  • Prices may be updated at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • You may cancel your enrolment up to 5 days before the course start date by contacting us at training@bridgecm.co.uk and you will receive a full refund or can transfer your payment to another training date.
  • Cancellations made within 5 days of the course start date are non-refundable, except where otherwise agreed under Section 5.
  • A £10 administration charge may apply if you cancel within 5 days.

5. Disputes & Resolution

If you believe a payment has been made in error, or you have a genuine concern about your booking, please contact us at training@bridgecm.co.uk as soon as possible.

We will review each case individually and may, at our discretion, waive or reduce the £10 administration fee where a dispute is upheld or a reasonable resolution is agreed between both parties.

Payment disputes processed through Stripe (such as chargebacks) are subject to Stripe's own policies and procedures, which operate independently of this agreement.

6. Course Access & Participation

  • Access to course content is provided via our online learning platform.
  • Your progress, participation, and completion status are tracked within the system.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your login details remain secure.

7. Certification & Evidence

  • Some courses may require you to upload documentation or certificates.
  • These are stored within your learner account as part of your training record.

8. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining accurate account details.
  • You must not share your account access with others.

9. Changes to Courses

We reserve the right to:

  • Amend course content
  • Reschedule course dates
  • Make reasonable adjustments to delivery

If Bridge Case Management Training have to re-schedule a course within 14 days of the agreed date, we will:

  • Offer a full refund or
  • Offer an alternative date for the training course

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
