Mark qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2019 and recently became a case manager in 2026. He began his healthcare career in 2005 as a healthcare and rehabilitation assistant in Kings Lodge Neurological Rehabilitation Unit in the Florence Nightingale Community Hospital, NHS University Hospitals of Derby and Burton. Mark went onto work in a variety of NHS settings growing his skills and knowledge as a registered physiotherapist.

Outside of the NHS, he transitioned into a Physiotherapy lead and management roles in private hospitals. As well as spending time as a Clinical Trainer, and a sales manager for a physiotherapy equipment manufacturer. He has extensive experience with clients and patients from different backgrounds and in different settings.
