Tracey qualified in adult nursing in 1992 and has worked extensively with people who have complex conditions both in the NHS and independent sector.
Initially working in high dependency settings, Tracey developed her skills and expertise in neuro-rehabilitation and spinal injury over many years and different settings, developing an enduring passion for promoting client independence.
Tracey joined Bridge Case Management in March 2025. Her range of experience has enabled her to provide compassionate and proactive support for clients with a range of injuries, including complex orthopaedics, spinal and brain injury.
