Isaac started his case management career in desktop case management, developing and implementing rehabilitation plans for injured clients. This led to a dual role as Clinical Quality Supervisor and Case Manager, overseeing case quality and mentoring colleagues.
This experience enabled Isaac to further develop his interests and expertise, supporting the training and development of case manager colleagues and supporting best outcomes for clients.
At Bridge, Isaac has a varied caseload of clients including amputees, complex orthopaedic and clients with mental health difficulties. He has a natural ability to form trusting relationships with clients and always strives to deliver high quality input.
