A person-centred case manager and HCPC registered occupational therapist with a broad range of clinical experience across the NHS and independent sectors. Helena is passionate about supporting clients with complex needs and those working with them to achieve best outcomes.

With significant experience in neuro-rehabilitation, both as an occupational therapist and as a case manager, Helena has worked with clients (adults and children) with complex needs including brain injury, spinal cord injury, complex orthopaedic injury and limb loss. Helena has a high level of expertise which she applies with compassion and care. She has an excellent level of understanding of the personal injury world having worked as Client Liaison for claimant solicitors for over three years.

Professional Experience and Expertise

Helena has held senior posts in NHS Neurology, Neurosurgery and Neuro-rehabilitation services, as clinical lead for acute brain injury, and within the independent sector has been case manager for clients with a wide variety of orthopaedic and neurological conditions.

With a proven ability to support, supervise and teach, Helena has worked in clinical lead positions both in NHS services and in case management services, although her focus has always been on providing input to achieve the best outcomes for her clients. Her commitment to high quality is reflected in her experience in quality assurance and compliance in order to drive best practice.
