Emma qualified as a Registered Nurse in 1998 and has been a case manager for over 10 years. She is a calm, confident and effective case manager, who works closely with clients in a holistic, collaborative and rehabilitation focused manner.

Emma is a reflective practitioner, always striving to understand how each situation and experience can be improved. She champions clinical supervision and reflection within the company. It has also led her to co-author the revolutionary CM-TOM which will take the evidence base of case management to a whole new level.

Outside of work Emma is a keen outdoor enthusiast and believes it is never the wrong weather; you just don’t have the right clothes. She also enjoys spending time with her family and animals, craft activities and baking.

Emma began her career in Neuro Critical Care Units at Southampton General Hospital & Addenbrookes, going on to work as a Specialist Stroke Nurse in one if the UK’s first stroke thrombolysis services. She has also worked within general surgery, medicine, vascular surgery and neuroscience research, and was the lead for a community stroke rehabilitation service.
