Di is a pragmatic and resourceful Case Manager who works to understand the uniqueness of each client and their situation.
Di enjoys pediatric cases taking the approach of supporting the family as the greatest resource for the child. Her focus is on creating practical and workable rehabilitation plans identifying and building on strengths.
Di is calm, non-judgmental and empathetic but is very driven for progress and enabling independence. She is passionate about working with those who are vulnerable and has a background in mental health, autism, learning disability and criminal justice. Her professional experience means she is an able communicator and will succeed in understanding what a client really needs to progress. Her experience with a wealth of demographics and social backgrounds means she is confident in adapting communication styles, advocating for reasonable adjustments and ensuring the client’s voice is heard.
Outside of work Di enjoys time outdoors with her family and dogs.
