Di is a pragmatic and resourceful Case Manager who works to understand the uniqueness of each client and their situation. ​

Prior to becoming a case manager, Di worked for 15 years as a Claimant and Defendant paralegal, developing an in-depth understanding of the claims process. Her experience working with brain injured clients inspired her to pursue a new direction in Health and Social Care. She gained a first-class honours degree and worked effectively in a range of statutory and voluntary sector services.

Di’s combination of expertise enables her to support clients to understand the process of case management, their role and responsibilities within this, and the importance of rehabilitation support being the right fit for the client’s goals. She is skilled in bringing together multi-disciplinary teams to get the right people around the client for the best results.
