About Us

Person-Centred • Family-Founded • Values-Led •

Bridge Case Management was founded in 2010 as a family-run service with one clear aim to provide structured, compassionate, and effective support to people navigating life after injury. Today, that same spirit continues to guide everything we do — from the way we build our support for you to how we communicate with clients, families and professionals.

We are a family run business whose primary goal is to deliver compassionate support, provide clarity during what could be the most traumatic time in a client’s life, and create a level of confidence that builds trust across all those involved, ensuring a smooth and focused pathway.

We focus specifically on the positive effects of early invention and open communication across all areas, with an end goal of maximising our client’s quality of life and getting them back to the person they were prior to their accident/injury.

As a smaller, family run case management company for the last 15 years, our vision, while we continue to sustainably grow, is to remain a bespoke, personalised service that places the client at the heart of everything we do.

We continually invest in our team, building the Bridge family, which maximises our extensive knowledge, experience and dedication by providing structured training, development and positive recognition in all areas.

Our Story

Bridge began when Liz, Founder/CEO saw a need for more client-focused, truly personal case management and then 18 months later, was joined by her Sister, Sue Ford, now retired.

We didn't start in a boardroom — we started with real people, in real homes, needing real support.

Over the last decade, we've grown into a nationally respected team of clinical experts, trusted by legal professionals, insurers, and families across the UK. And yet, we still operate with that same close-knit, thoughtful approach that shaped our very first case.

Our Board is still family run with Liz (CEO) and Julie (COO) being cousins.

Our Proven 4 Step Journey

Our support follows a clear 4 step journey designed around the Clients needs
1

Initial Call

We make contact to introduce ourselves, agree a time for an assessment and explain how we can help.

We Review your Immediate Needs

We listen to concerns, get to understand the current situation and find out what is important to the client.
3

We Reassure with a Rehabilitation Plan

Together with the client, we agree on a clear action plan for support — including any therapies, supporting them to be more independent and discussing return-to-work options where necessary.
