BCM Mentor/Mentee Scheme
A Mentor scheme, what is it?
The Investors In People's definition of a mentor scheme is: “The outcome of successful mentoring is development of the person being mentored. By definition, a mentor is someone who successfully develops someone else."
The role of a mentor from our perspective is:
“Someone that will support, guide, and understand another’s similar situation and through a mutually supportive guide, provide knowledge of their own experiences."

At Bridge Case Management, we are always looking for new and innovative ways to enhance our client’s pathway, supporting both our new and existing clients from the moment we become involved in their life.
If we think about it from a new client’s perspective, they have potentially sustained injuries that are life changing, affecting not only themselves, but everyone else around them. It sounds like a very scary place doesn’t it? Could that scary journey be turned into something positive if there was someone who has experienced, or is still experiencing, the same journey and could guide them through that uncertainty?
We think so
and so do three of our clients who have agreed and openly embraced becoming Mentors, and have said they wish they had that kind of support when they started their litigation journey. Not only can our Mentors support new clients, but it also allows them to channel their experiences in a positive and impactful way.
