Who We Are

Bridge Case Management was founded in 2010 by Liz Haunch after 8 years’ experience in the Case Management industry. Liz served two terms as a director of Case Management Society UK (CMSUK) starting in 2006, and began her second term as a director in 2009.

Sue Ford joined as business partner and director in 2011 after 27 years in adult and children’s nursing, and 8 years in higher education, nurse training and curriculum development at University of Sheffield and University of York. Sue's clinical experience includes a range of adult and child acute and continuing care settings. Sue is currently a director of the CMSUK, and chair for their Membership Committee.

Emma McClean - Joined the team in 2013 after working as a Case Manager with 2 other companies. Emma now works part time, and is instrumental in advancing Bridge's clinical governance requirements.

Brian Hudson - Joined team in 2014 with 10 years experience of neuro-rehabilitation. Prior to becoming a Case Manager in 2012 Brian had worked as a nurse and hospital manager with extensive knowledge of assessment and care of clients with brain injuries.

Clare Cound - Joined Bridge in 2015 after 30 years in the NHS. Clare has worked for NHS Direct for 14 of those years, assessing, advising and educating patients in how to best facilitate service provision available within the NHS.

Mimi Basri - Joined the team in 2017, after 30 years nursing experience, including A&E, ICU, and Employment Support Advice assessor for the DWP after moving from Bulgaria to the UK. Mimi's skills include being multilingual, speaking English, Bulgarian and Russian. She is currently learning Spanish.

Jenny Stokes - Jenny joined us after serving in the RAF as a nurse for 12 years. She completed her training within the RAF, and has a background in critical care. She was deployed as an intensive care nurse to Afghanistan for 3 months, and had a 2 month secondment to Headley Court.
